Project Cancellations

You may cancel a project at any time by written notice. You will be billed only for work already completed and any non-refundable expenses incurred.

Refund Policy

• Prepaid consulting hours or deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
• If no work has started, we will issue a full refund minus any transaction fees.
• Custom development or migrations are non-refundable after delivery.

Changes to Scope

Any changes to project scope may result in adjusted pricing and timelines.
